Job summary

Straits Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Civil & Structural Drafter based at the Kelana Jaya office in Malaysia. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience and familiarity with Autocad 2D.

The candidate will work full-time on infrastructure projects, producing civil and structural drawings and coordinating with other disciplines. Responsibilities include detailed drawings for structure and infrastructure design, with bonus familiarity in Civil3D/REVIT/BIM.

Qualifications

• Prepare civil and structural engineering drawings.
• Carry out detailed drawings for structure and infrastructure design.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to prepare drawings.
• Earthworks, Sewer, Water, Road and Drainage design drafting experience.
• Familiar with structural engineering drawings.
• Autocad 2D proficiency; Civil3D/REVIT/BIM is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Produce civil and structural drawings for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Maintain standards and ensure timely delivery of drawings.
