Job summary

North Soil Eng (M) Sdn Bhd in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Civil CAD Drafter to produce precise 2D plans and 3D models. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to clarify requirements and update drawings as projects evolve.

The role requires a Degree or Diploma in Civil/CAD/Drafting with at least 3 years of experience. You will prepare material lists, cost estimates, and technical reports to support project teams.

Create Drawings: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce 2D plans and 3D models with exact dimensions and specifications.

Collaborate: Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to clarify design details and requirements.

Ensure Compliance: Verify that all drawings meet industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

Revise Plans: Update existing drawings based on design changes, field conditions, or redline markups from engineers.

Prepare Documentation: Generate material lists, cost estimates, and technical reports to support project teams.

Start Date: Immediate - 3 months

Degree/Diploma in Cert Civil/CAD/Drafting

Salary Range: RM3,500+/ per month

Years of Experience: 3 years+

Working Location: Kepong HQ, KL

Working Day & Hours: Mon - Fri (9am-5pm) & Every Sat (9am-1pm)
