Job summary

Greenpeace Southeast Asia is seeking a Supporter Relationship Coordinator in Malaysia to drive donor retention and lifecycle optimization. The role combines data-led segmentation, personalized stewardship, and multichannel engagement to increase loyalty and lifetime value among supporters.

The coordinator will collaborate with regional teams, manage content creation for donor communications, and oversee initiatives from planning to evaluation, ensuring alignment with Greenpeace brand guidelines

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing/Communications/Creative Writing.
3+ years in developing creative ideas and writing engaging copy.
3+ years in managing the production of direct marketing materials (newsletters, brochures, annual reports).
Experience in relationship building and supporter/customer care.

Responsibilities

Strategic Retention & Lifetime Value Optimization: lead retention and value projects.
Middle Donor Development & Stewardship: grow Malaysia Middle Donor program with personalized stewardship.
Engagement & Impact Storytelling: create evidence-based communications and case for support.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Budgeting: track retention KPIs and manage budget allocations.
