Job summary

Fairwork di Puchong, Selangor, mencari individu untuk menyusun barang dan menguruskan proses di gudang. Tanggungjawab termasuk bekerja dengan pemandu lori dan memastikan proses pemuatan dan pengeluaran berjalan lancar.

Calon yang berjaya harus mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1-2 tahun dalam persekitaran gudang serta kemahiran dalam Bahasa Melayu dan sedikit Bahasa Inggeris. Jawatan ini memerlukan keupayaan untuk bekerja dalam pelbagai shift dan waktu yang tidak tetap.

Qualifications

• 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam persekitaran gudang, lebih suka industri logistik.
• Kemahiran komunikasi asas dalam lisan dan tulisan.
• Keupayaan mengikuti prosedur yang ditetapkan.

Responsibilities

• Bekerjasama dengan pemandu lori untuk memuat/mengeluarkan barang.
• Menyusun dan mengurus aktiviti di atas lantai operasi.
• Mengisi produk di lantai operasi dengan pematuhan prosedur.

Job Overview

Skop Kerja:

• Susun barang ke pallets/cages
• Scan barang
• Asing barang
• Tarik pallets/cages ke loading bay
• Maximum Age: 35 years old
• Total Working Hours: 9 hours
• Payment: Every Tuesday

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management
  • Work cooperatively with truck driver for loading/unloading
  • Coordinate between team member on operational floor
  • Compliance the security regulatory and feedback any irregularity or foresee the risk of un-secure
• Process Management
  • Read and do understand on operational procedures/work instruction
  • Preparation the work station be ready to run operational on daily basis
  • Pre-check by apply checklist for all machine/devices assure be ready for operational
  • Ensure machine and equipment is ready to run operational
  • Report to supervisor any abnormal machine/devices, materials, etc. which related to daily routineoperational
  • Ensure unloading product from customer’s premise and/or depots with safety handling and caring while convey to operational work floor
  • Ensure an accuracy number of product receiving
  • Feed product in operational floor with the right side to the right station as operational proceduresaying.
  • Complete the encode and capacity is meet company’s expectation
  • Meet encoding production standards utilizing proper procedures
  • Ensure sorting product to the right depots/destination
  • Ensure completion of loading to shuttle truck within time line and meet truck departure’s schedule
  • Must be able to work extended hours as assigned by superior
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts, weekends, or irregular shifts
• People Management
  • Attend the daily meeting as schedule by supervisor
  • Participated and sharing the team of best demonstrative practice
  • Supporting colleagues on operational floor

Desired Skills / Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse environment preferably logistic industry
• Basic oral and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Data entry skills
• Typing skills both Malay and English with speed and accuracy as requirement by central hub
• Excellence reading, writing in Malay
• Basic reading, writing in English
• Ability to follow the procedures

Minimum Educational Qualification

Minimum PMR or equivalent certification.
