ALLSOME WAREHOUSE SDN. BHD. is hiring a Warehouse Operator to perform picker, packer, outbound clerk and return-handling duties in our Kuching facility. The role involves sorting, labeling, packing, and verifying orders, as well as supporting the China team and completing ad hoc tasks as directed.
Ideal candidates are prepared for physical work, understand cargo classification basics, and show responsibility, teamwork, and safety awareness in a warehouse environment.
Picker: Responsible for sorting, checking and scanning goods accurately and efficiently according to order requirements
Packer: Responsible for completing goods storage, labeling, sealing and other tasks in accordance with packaging standards and customer needs.
Outbound clerk: Responsible for handling outbound goods, and needs to check whether the order is consistent with the actual goods.
Return handler: Responsible for handling returns, checking the status of returned products and re-shelfing or further processing
Print and verify shipping labels, pass to warehouse team for packing
Scan Shipping Labels
Report and support China team as needed
Assist in any ad hoc task assigned by management
Education: Junior high school or above, those with experience in logistics and warehousing are preferred;
Skills: Able to adapt to physical labor and have basic knowledge of cargo classification;
Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, hard work, teamwork awareness and safety awareness.
Others: No color blindness, acrophobia and other diseases that affect work, able to adapt to the warehouse working environment (such as low-temperature warehouse, noise, etc.).
Adapt to flexible scheduling.
Language: English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage)
From Monday-Friday Office Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Full Day), Saturday Office Hours: 9:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.
Lunch Break: 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Daily transport allowance provided
Higher hourly rate for full-day shift (more competitive)
If you pass the interview, there will be a three-day probationary work period. After passing the probationary work, you need to have a medical check up before onboarding.
