Job summary

All Experts Consultant in Bangi is seeking a Documentation Officer for an on-site, full-time role. You will develop clear production documents such as installation guides and manuals, and coordinate with editors, translation vendors and printers to ensure alignment with timelines and compliance.

You will maintain version control across pre-, during, and post-production, ensuring all materials meet copyright, regulatory and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in English/Translation/Language/Journalism is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Developed visually clear and accessible production documents (e.g. installation guide, instruction manual).
• Collaborated with editors, translation vendor and printing vendors to ensure documentation aligns with production timelines and needs, and meets the compliance standards.
• Maintained version control and updates across pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Ensured all documentation meets legal, regulatory, and safety guidelines (e.g., copyright, accessibility).
• Liaised with departments across the company (engineering teams, software team, Headquarters) to verify product designs and specifications, content permissions and usage rights.
