Entegris, Inc. is seeking an Advisor, Document Control to manage engineering documentation, BOMs, and ECOs. You will coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure timely releases and accurate records.

The role requires strong technical drawing interpretation, attention to detail, and experience with PLM/EPDM and SAP/MRP systems. SolidWorks proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have document control experience including ECO processing and BOM management.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with PLM/EPDM systems and SAP/MRP integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate release of new products, derivatives, and process changes.
• Create Change Orders to trigger releases in the MRP system and track COs.
• Update material masters and enter new materials into the MRP system.
• Apply ECOs and engineering changes through SAP/MRP and PLM/EPDM workflows.

**Job Title:**Advisor, Document Control**Job Description:****The Role**: Document Controller – Engineering Servicesby managing and controlling engineering documentation and changing records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and timely release. This role enables effective engineering change management and manufacturing execution through close coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.**What You’ll Do:*** Facilitates the process of releasing new products, derivatives, and changes to new or existing products and processes.* The individual will create Change Order's that precipitate the release of materials, documents and BOMs into the MRP system.* The position requires tracking of CO's in process to prompt next step owners to complete tasks on high priority CO's* This person enters new material information, documents, and BOMs into the MRP system as well as updating material masters.* Detailed knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), Part Numbering Systems, and Part Creation practices.* Process engineering change orders using PLM & EPDM ensuring completeness as well as driving engineering changes through each step of the ECO process.* Responsible for implementing engineering changes in the company SAP (MRP) system.* Responsible for working with Operations and Purchasing in implementing engineering changes to ensure that part disposition in ECO is properly completed.**What We Seek:*** Experience with document control, including ECO processing, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, part creation, and implementation of engineering changes* Associate Degree in Engineering or Technology* Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field (MQF Level 4 or 5)* Technical knowledge of engineering principles and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Highly organized with strong attention to detail* Ability to edit engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documents based on engineer markups* Experience with SolidWorks (AutoCAD, Pro/E, Visio, and FileMaker experience is a plus)* Ability to make minor drawing modifications per engineer markups**Outstanding Candidates Will Have:*** Experience with engineering change management, including ECO processing and implementation of engineering changes* Strong working knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbering systems, and part creation practices* Experience processing engineering changes using PLM and EPDM systems, ensuring completeness and end‐to‐end workflow execution* Exposure to implementing engineering changes within SAP / MRP systems* Ability to edit engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documents based on engineer markups* Experience with SolidWorks; exposure to AutoCAD, Pro/E, Visio, and FileMaker is an advantage* High level of organization with the ability to track multiple change orders (COs) and drive timely closure with cross‐functional stakeholders**What We Offer:**At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
