Job summary

Philip Morris Malaysia seeks a Supervisor, District Sales to drive commercial transformation and execute sales strategies across the assigned zone. You will work with regional leaders to implement territory plans, identify opportunities, and strengthen retailer partnerships through digital programs and PMRC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Minimum 3 years in sales field operations, FMCG preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen to analyze performance.
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organizational and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager Regional Sales in executing directions within the territory.
• Partner with Manager Area Sales to implement territory plans for growth.
• Identify new opportunities, market expansion, and partnerships via insights.
• Deliver regular business reviews with performance updates and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, partners and stakeholders.
• Drive retailer engagement and adoption of digital initiatives and PMRC programs.
• Support in-market share growth and lead generation activities.
• Supervise and coach partners to ensure consistent execution of activities.
• Ensure route plans and field execution standards are followed.
• Champion digital transformation and educate retailers on available tools.
• Ensure compliance with PMI principles, practices and regulations.
