Job summary

STAR BAO BIOTECHNOLOGY SDN BHD seeks an Account & Relationship Manager to drive acquisition, onboarding, and retention of sales members within a dynamic network. You will explain membership policies and reward plans to maximize engagement, while maintaining strong ties with leaders to resolve bottlenecks and deliver strategic field support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or account management or MLM.
• Strong understanding of sales reward structures (binary, unilevel, leadership bonuses).
• Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Resilient, self-managing, and able to support partners to hit milestones.
• Experience in direct selling or membership networks in health/biotech/beauty sectors.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales data analytics.
• Experience expanding to overseas markets (Southeast Asia preferred).
• Proven track record in planning and hosting events.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition, onboarding, and retention of sales members to grow the network.
• Explain membership policies, reward structures, and compensation plans to members.
• Engage regularly with key members and team leaders to identify bottlenecks.
• Organize training sessions, OPPs, and recognition events to boost knowledge and skills.
• Monitor metrics like repurchase rates, active ratios, and network growth.
• Assist members in building teams and driving up-selling opportunities.
• Liaise between sales members and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Collect field feedback and market dynamics to improve compensation and marketing.
