Job summary

You will oversee productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding a high-performance team and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or pre-university qualification, preferably in Science, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or distribution.
• Proficient in English and local language; strong communication skills.
• Experience with transporter and contractor management; liaising with regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily distribution operations for safe, efficient service delivery.
• Monitor productivity, quality, compliance, and key distribution metrics to drive performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and operational standards.
• Lead and support team members to achieve business objectives; foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
