Your Major Responsibilities

Lead and manage distribution projects, including facility expansions, WMS/OC360 implementations, automation initiatives, and network optimization.

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Procurement, IT, HR, etc.) to achieve project deliverables and operational goals.

Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and regulatory standards.

Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, performance metrics, and potential roadblocks.

Oversee facility maintenance and operational performance, ensuring adherence to EHS, security, and fire safety standards.

Manage vendor and contractor relationships, monitor facility budgets, implement cost-saving initiatives, and process purchase requests.

Drive process improvement and performance optimization through automation, system enhancements, warehouse layout optimization, and KPI reporting (Excel, Power BI, digital dashboards).

Your Profile

5–8 years of experience in distribution, facility, or project management.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and leading teams in a logistics/distribution environment.

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain processes.

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office, project management software (MS Project, Asana, etc.), and WMS/TMS systems.
