Job summary

Air Liquide Malaysia Sdn Bhd is hiring a Dissolved Acetylene Operator to ensure safe and efficient operation of the acetylene plant. The role involves refilling cylinders, performing pre-fill inspections, and maintaining daily operational records.

You will also assist in maintenance and help achieve production goals while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring process parameters, handling cylinders, and operating forklift, with full training provided

Qualifications

• Minimum of SPM/SKM or a Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with gas cylinder handling or plant operations is a plus, but we will provide full training.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the acetylene plant safely and efficiently.
• Refill cylinders and conduct pre-fill inspections, maintaining daily records.
• Assist in maintenance and work toward production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Handle cylinder processing, loading/unloading of cylinders and gas pallets.
• Operate heavy vehicles such as forklift and support shutdown maintenance activities.
