Qualifications

• Technical Degree (2 years) or High School with 3 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with cylinder testing and safety procedures would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Cylinder Checking: inspect new and returned cylinders and bundles to identify year tests, accessories, valves, caps, etc.
• Cylinder Maintenance: inspect and operate cylinder treatment equipment, perform leak tests, paint per standards, and prepare cylinders for filling.
• Cylinder Accessories: replace defective accessories, install caps/valves per gas and cylinder allocation, apply product stickers.
• Quality Check Maintenance: perform dew point checks per batch, ensure product integrity, and conduct functional testing on analyzers.
