Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in related field, preferably Operations.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Diligent monitoring of all flight movements and ground operations at KUL and stations and initiate immediate recovery tactical plans for disruptions.
• Engage with departments to manage recovery timelines, revise schedules, aircraft swaps, and passenger connections.
• Manage aircraft tail allocations on a D-2 basis, including swaps and data updates in FMCS.
• Coordinate adhoc charter, relief and positioning flights during activations in D-2 basis.
• Assist Head of Operations Planning with ORM, external engagement, rostering and projects.
