Job summary

BH PREMIUM AUTO (M) SDN BHD is seeking a responsible delivery personnel in Ipoh to collect and deliver documents, parcels and items to authorities, agencies, or external parties.

You will assist in submitting documents, ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintain confidentiality of company documents, and keep proper records of dispatch and delivery acknowledgements. Driving license required; able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Possess a valid motorcycle/car driving license.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and items to authorities, agencies, or external parties.
• Assist in submitting documents to authorities, agencies, or external parties.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company documents.
• Maintain proper records of dispatch activities and delivery acknowledgements.
• Ensure company motorcycle/vehicle is properly maintained and in good condition.
• Adhere to road safety rules and company policies during deliveries.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
