Job summary

INITIA Group is seeking a reliable Dishwasher (Commis III) to join our F&B operations in Kuala Lumpur at The Exchange TRX. The position is full-time with a 6-day work week and a monthly salary of RM 2,300.

We welcome candidates with or without prior dishwashing experience and offer opportunities to grow within a fast-paced kitchen team. Key responsibilities include washing and sanitizing utensils, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen with cleaning and safety duties while complying

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or back-of-house operations is an advantage, but no prior experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with basic cleaning tasks in kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Support kitchen team with waste disposal and restocking cleaning supplies.
