Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Banking.
• 3–5 years’ experience in banking sector.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all disbursement conditions are met before submission for approval.
• Verify disbursement details for accuracy in the banking system.
• Take accountability for disbursement expenditures and credit administration.
• Follow up on Security Documentation and ensure compliance with conditions precedents for loan disbursements.
• Check documentation before disbursement to ensure terms are met.
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and authorities to support satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Review and validate applications for Disbursement-related documents (Factoring invoices, LC, Bank Guarantees, etc.).
• Enter and verify data in the financing system.
• Prepare disbursement reports and monitor budgets.
• Review and update disbursement SOPs regularly.
• Collaborate to support department goals and smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot system issues with vendors/IT; support audit matters.
