Job summary

MoneySave in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented Credit Administration Executive to oversee disbursement, repayment activities, and compliance with policies and regulatory workflows.

You will manage collateral documentation, data verification in financing systems, and tracking repayments; review security documents; and maintain SOPs while supporting the team to ensure accurate, timely operations.

Qualifications

• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Experience in handling financing documentation and disbursement.
• 3+ years in banking or credit companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all conditions precedent and funding conditions are met before submitting disbursement proposals for final approval.
• Monitor and reconcile repayments, installment schedules, and profit distributions to investor accounts.
• Manage end-to-end data entry and verification in the financing platform ensuring 100% accuracy of transactions and repayments.
• Review security documentation to ensure collateral and legal requirements align with terms and conditions.
• Secure and track all physical and digital security documents and their movement.
• Regularly update disbursement, credit administration, and repayment SOPs to reflect best practices and regulatory shifts.
• Support management with timely follow-up on all disbursement matters and handle ad-hoc tasks.
