Job summary

The Ministry of Transport Malaysia in Putrajaya invites applications for a full-time role requiring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a demonstrated track record in sustainable railway operations and talent development.

Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of railway industry standards, TVET skills standards and related regulations, with proven ability to implement successful initiatives and drive training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or business administration.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in sustainable railway operations and talent development, with a proven track record of implementing successful initiatives.
• Knowledge of railway industry standards, TVET skills standards and regulations related to railway operations and talent development.
• Experience in training, education and development is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
