Lam Research in Malaysia (Penang) seeks a Regional Indirect Procurement Sourcing Manager to develop go-to-market approaches, drive cost competitiveness, and manage supplier relationships for indirect goods and services within the regional scope.

You will lead supplier negotiations, contract management, spend analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with product, manufacturing, finance, and quality teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and value across safety, quality, and total cost of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of procurement or supply chain experience with indirect categories.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with eProcurement/eSourcing tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies for indirect categories and present them to leadership.
• Plan, organize, and manage contracts and negotiations for indirect goods and services.
• Drive supplier contract management, negotiations, and supplier relationship strategies.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and risk management.
