Job summary

Mastercard Colombia, Inc. seeks a Director of Services Business Development to drive revenue growth across Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.

You will identify opportunities in the CNPF space and partner with financial institutions to design value-driven service solutions. Ideal candidates have deep experience with financial institutions, strong consulting and data-driven selling skills, and the ability to engage CEO-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience with financial institutions, preferably in Transaction Banking or SME Banking.
Strong commercial drive with ability to monetize senior client relationships.
Background in consulting and/or data-driven solution selling.
Extensive network across stakeholder base to drive revenue opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Generate and maintain Services revenue opportunities across Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
Collaborate with regional teams to identify Services opportunities in market.
Develop creative business solutions for complex problems in Services (consulting, analytics, loyalty, security).
Manage sales pipeline from early-stage to approvals and delivery.
Identify customer risk and opportunities, and craft strategies to protect revenues.
