Job summary

Ditrolic Energy Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Director, Programme Delivery (SJREC) to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of the Southern Johor Renewable Energy Corridor. You will integrate workstreams across commercial, engineering, finance, regulatory and legal teams to progress milestones toward Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years in renewable energy, utilities, or major project delivery.
• Proven ability to integrate cross-functional workstreams (commercial, engineering, finance, regulatory, legal).
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, coordination and execution of the SJREC programme.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedule, milestones and stage-gate plan.
• Coordinate commercial, engineering, finance, regulatory, legal and contract workstreams.
• Drive actions, resolve dependencies and escalate issues to leadership.
• Plan project phasing for different energy subscription and development scenarios.
• Maintain governance, budget, risk registers and decision logs.
• Coordinate tender strategies, consultant scopes and outputs.
• Support revenue modelling, financing and PPA considerations.
