• Recognised Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of relevant work experience in strategic planning or performance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Alignment: translate strategy into integrated plans and measurable outcomes.
• Institutional Performance Management & Reporting: lead KPI setting, monitoring and reporting.
• Business Intelligence & Performance Optimisation: analyse data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Integrated Resource & Collaboration: coordinate cross‑functional input to optimise resources.
