Job summary

Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad is seeking a seasoned liaison and project development professional to lead master planning, feasibility studies, and land matters. You will coordinate with authorities, review design elements, manage tender, construction, and handing over documents, and guide project teams from inception to final approvals.

Strong stakeholder management and cost-timed decisions are essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with authorities to manage submission and approval for facilities and land matters.
• Review and refine master plan and layout to maximize density and align with project concepts.
• Prepare initial feasibility studies for potential land and business proposals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for land purchase or joint venture opportunities.
• Review earth work platform, sub station requirements, circulation, and R&D needs.
• Manage project teams through inception to QTs and strata title issuance.
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis on current projects and product positioning.
• Review design elements to ensure optimization, cost-effectiveness, and constructability.
• Manage tenders, construction, shop drawings, as-built, and handover documents.
• Develop design details in line with the design brief and coordinate with contract department on VE.
• Conduct periodic site inspections, attend meetings, resolve technical disputes, and handovers.
• Update Matrix's design and construction standards and enhance supply chains.
• Oversee purchaser progress claim certificates and perform tasks as directed by Management.
