Setel Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking an Engineering Director, Core Delivery to define and execute the product vision for core mobile and backend platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with executive leadership, and drive customer-centric technology initiatives to sustain growth and competitive advantage.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven track record in leading large software teams and delivering mobile/backend solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Direct company-wide software systems, reliability, and QA by guiding ideation through launch and maintenance.
• Drive reliability, scalability, cost optimization, and security across the technology infrastructure.
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams through recruiting, mentorship, and growth.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across departments.
• Assess technology risks and ensure regulatory and security compliance.
• Define and track the technology roadmap and OKRs to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and allocate engineering resources effectively.
