Job summary
Kanry Search is seeking an experienced Head of Manufacturing Engineering & NPI for Malaysia to lead the Engineering/NPI function and drive industrialisation from concept to production ramp-up. You will partner with Sales, support cost and feasibility assessments, and ensure targets for quality, cost and delivery are met across multiple sites.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, NPI, industrialisation or project engineering.
- Strong leadership of Engineering/NPI teams and customer projects from quotation through ramp-up.
- Experience with Six Sigma, structured problem solving and process capability improvement.
- Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Engineering/NPI function with clear priorities and technical direction.
- Collaborate with Sales to translate customer requirements into manufacturable solutions.
- Support quotations with production cost estimates and feasibility assessments.
- Oversee projects from quotation through industrialisation and ramp-up.
- Standardise engineering methods and documentation; promote knowledge sharing across teams.
