Flex seeks a Director of Engineering to lead the engineering and manufacturing process development teams at Flex PTP. Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise senior managers and drive process engineering capabilities, SPC, and cross-functional integration with manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• MBA preferred or equivalent.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the engineering and manufacturing process development teams.
• Align process development with product design and manufacturing operations.
• Lead cost reduction, quality improvements, and throughput initiatives.
• Budget, plan, and manage NPI, facilities, maintenance and engineering costs.
• Partner with executives and customers on strategic engineering decisions.
