Prai, Penang-based Operations Engineering Senior Director role focuses on directing engineering processes, budgeting, and leadership of engineers to deliver cost-effective, quality solutions.

You will collaborate with executives and customers, drive engineering strategies, and ensure alignment with corporate plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent; Master’s/MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with broad management experience
• Mastery of functional knowledge and cross-functional understanding
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for top management and boards

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and engineering designs to outline requirements.
• Lead data gathering and analysis with product support.
• Collaborate with senior managers on corporate plans and objectives.
• Direct engineers and staff; plan, budget, and control costs for a broad functional area.
• Interact with executives, customers and regulatory agencies.
• Drive engineering strategies to meet customer needs and Flex capabilities.
• Oversee supplier management related to product development and integration.
