Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant for Digital Labs to oversee major digital enterprise programs, from initiation through to realization of benefits. The role requires leadership of PMOs across diverse client projects, with strong governance, stakeholder management, and architectural oversight.

You will collaborate with development, QA, and sales teams to tailor solutions, leveraging Agile/Waterfall methodologies and modern tech stacks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA/PMO credentials preferred.
Professional accreditation such as PMP desirable.
7+ years leading successful projects in complex environments.
Experience across full tech stack solutions and multi-tier architectures.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum and waterfall PM methodologies; finance sector experience.
Knowledge of card/ payment tech and secure payments systems advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of large digital enterprise programs with measurable benefits.
Lead PMOs across multiple clients, identifying risks and driving mitigation.
Align initiatives with strategic changes and manage scope, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement enterprise architectures.
Develop client relationships and contribute to proposals and new business development.
Guide teams in agile delivery and DevOps practices.
