Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Shah Alam, Malaysia seeks a qualified professional to lead process improvements and accelerated digitalisation projects. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction within a 3PL/warehouse setting.

The ideal candidate has a minimum degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years in similar roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role managing Process Improvements, Accelerated Digitalisation or Continuous Improvements.
• Must be able to work in Shah Alam.
• Experience working in a 3PL environment or Warehouse Operations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify AD opportunities at sites with the aim to improve productivity/cost saving/positive customer satisfaction
• Work with SMTs to drive AD agenda in their sector and ensure effective implementation
• Be involved with BCAs to identify better ways to innovate the current work process
• Identify improvement opportunity through waste elimination
• Lead process transformation through automation, digitisation and mechanisation approach
• Develops local best practices, policies and procedures of the respective division's existing operational processes and systems, new legislations & improve the performance standards
• Facilitate the project coaching and tollgate with the project leader
• Coach the project implementation to ensure timely completion

Education
