Job summary

DayOne seeks a results-driven software engineer to join its Digital Transformation team. You’ll implement and extend the CSP and CRM platforms, consolidating customer, service and operational data to build Customer 360 capabilities for APAC and Europe.

You’ll integrate with Billing and Procurement, run tech workshops, SIT and UAT, and contribute to AI-driven analytics across CRM. The role spans Java, React, Keycloak, and enterprise tooling in a fast-growing data-center environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend development with React and Next.js.
• Identity management with Keycloak and multi-tenancy.
• SQL and database management experience.
• REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise integration.
• Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• CI/CD, Git, and cloud deployment knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze incidents.
• Exposure to SAP integration (Nice to Have).

Responsibilities

• Support CSP incidents and perform RCA.
• Develop and integrate CRM; lead SIT and UAT.
• Connect CRM with CSP, Billing, Procurement and enterprise systems.
• Develop internal apps and automate processes.
• Contribute to AI and analytics roadmap for CRM.
