Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced software engineer to advance CSP support, CRM deployment and Customer 360 initiatives.

You will integrate CRM with CSP, Billing, Procurement, and enterprise platforms while building internal automation and AI-enabled analytics roadmaps. You will collaborate with delivery teams across APAC and Europe, owning end-to-end CRM implementations, system integrations, and proactive issue resolution to support DayOne's hyperscale data center

Qualifications

• Backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend development with React and Next.js.
• Identity and access management using Keycloak (multi-tenancy).
• SQL databases and data modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve CSP Level 2 incidents and monitor recurring issues.
• Develop, configure, integrate, test and enhance the CRM solution for CS needs.
• Build Customer 360 by consolidating customer, service and operational data.
• Extend CRM and CSP capabilities to Billing, Procurement and other enterprise functions.
• Integrate CRM with enterprise systems and SAP S/4HANA roadmap.
