Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. seeks a Digital Transformation Engineer to drive CRM and CSP integrations, building Customer 360 capabilities and extending ERP connectivity.

You will work across CS, Billing, and Procurement functions, deliver scalable CRM platforms, and contribute to AI/Analytics roadmaps with SAP integration exposure. Based in Malaysia and other APAC markets, this role offers cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on backend development experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in frontend with React/Next.js.
• Experience integrating CRM, CSP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and extend the CRM to meet CS needs.
• Build Customer 360 by consolidating data across platforms.
• Lead integrations between CRM, CSP, Billing and Procurement.
• Develop internal apps and automation for CS and digital ops.
• Contribute to AI/analytics roadmap and SAP integration planning.
