Job summary

Ditrolic Energy is seeking a Digital Specialist to lead the delivery of an AI-enabled productivity programme. Based in Ara Damansara, Selangor, you will be the Project Manager and hands-on builder for a company-wide push to become an AI-first organisation.

You will design workflows, configure and prompt AI tools, pilot with users, and measure results with dashboards. This role requires ~5 years of hands-on experience with AI tools and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/AI/IT or related field.
• Around 5 years of hands-on experience in digital solutions, automation, or similar roles.
• Experience with AI tools and the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI working-group delivery roadmap as Project Manager—planning and reporting progress.
• Partner with Heads of Department to map processes, identify quick wins, pilot solutions and drive adoption.
• Design and build AI-powered tools and automated workflows using AI Tools, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Support rollout of AI Tools—onboarding, training and best-practice guidance for staff.
• Mentor and coordinate the AI team, reviewing their work and keeping delivery on track.
• Build dashboards and track a monthly AI-value scorecard to measure time saved and impact.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Specialist to lead the delivery of our AI‑enabled productivity programme. Sitting within the ICT function and working directly with the COO’s office, you will be the Project Manager and hands‑on builder for a company‑wide push to become an AI‑first organisation.

You will take a portfolio of high‑impact opportunities — across HR, Legal, Business Development, Finance, Asset Management, Construction and Operations — and turn them into working solutions using various AI tools, Power Platform and SharePoint. You will lead a vibrant team, coordinate with Heads of Departments, and own the roadmap from idea to live deployment.

This is a builder‑leader role. You will spend your time designing workflows, configuring and prompting AI tools, piloting with users, and measuring the results — not just writing decks about them.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the AI working-group delivery roadmap as Project Manager — planning, sequencing and reporting on progress to management
• Partner with Heads of Department to map current processes, identify quick wins, pilot solutions and drive adoption
• Design and build AI‑powered tools and automated workflows using AI Tools, Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint
• Support the rollout of AI Tools — onboarding, training and best‑practice guidance for staff
• Mentor and coordinate the AI team, reviewing their work and keeping delivery on track
• Build dashboards and track a monthly AI‑value scorecard to measure time saved and impact delivered
• Champion light‑touch governance — “AI prepares, humans decide” — and sound data handling across all solutions

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You think in systems, learn fast, and get things shipped. You see a broken process and immediately start redesigning it — and then you actually build the fix.

You are a strong fit if you have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field
• Around 5 years of working experience in digital solutions, automation, software development, systems analysis or a similar hands‑on role
• Practical experience building with AI tools and the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem (Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)
• Strong process‑mapping and problem‑solving skills — you can turn a messy workflow into a clean, automated one
• Clear communication and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and Heads of Department
• Ownership — you flag blockers early, manage your own delivery, and follow through on what you commit to
• Experience with Copilot Studio, chatbot / agent building, or RPA
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, or Power BI data modelling
• Project management experience or certification (Agile / Scrum / PMP)
• A portfolio or GitHub that shows what you have built — not just what you have studied
