Job summary

RBC is seeking an experienced Cash Management payments operations professional to support global payments processing and onboarding for cash accounts across all rails. You will work with Client Service Operations to define and implement client fulfillment, maintenance, and service models, focusing on a digitally driven, seamless client experience with RBC systems.

Qualifications

1-3 years’ experience in payment process / onboarding role at a financial institution.
Experience in managing Cash Management / Treasury product implementations, host-to-host/API solutions (file formats/connectivity such as SWIFT FileAct, SFTP).
Experience in implementing account statement formats (MT/CAMT/BAI2) over SWIFT and host-to-host delivery channels.
Strong understanding of Cash Management Products such as Wire, ACH, RTP, Check.
Familiar with Nast cha rules and regulations.
AAP Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily payment transactions – including FX, Wire and ACH.
Resolve processing exceptions and payment investigations (FX, Wire, ACH).
Monitor exposure limits for ACH Originators and liaise with Credit Risk.
Perform reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions.
Work with clients, product teams and account managers to resolve issues.
Collaborate to create an end-to-end journey strategy and determine business value.
