Tune Protect Group seeks a dynamic Senior Partnerships professional in Kuala Lumpur to lead Affinity partnerships across motor and non-motor lines. You will identify strategic platforms, onboard partners, and drive API integrations to deliver seamless digital insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, insurance or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in Sales/Marketing leadership is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Affinity partnership strategies to grow Motor and non-motor insurance business.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with digital platforms, e-commerce, automotive partners, fintech, associations and corporate organisation.
• Drive API integration initiatives with partners to enable seamless digital insurance distribution and automated processing.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Operations, Product and Underwriting teams to implement technology driven solutions that enhance customer experience and operation efficiency.
• Manage end to end partner onboarding, implementation, and post launch performance.
• Analyse portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities and recommend new digital propositions.
• Build long term strategic relationship with partners to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability.
• Ensure all partnership initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, insurance or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
• Expereince in both Motor and Non-Motor insurance product will be an advantage.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams towards success.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
