Job summary

The Crew Property Management is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage the online presence for its interior design and property management brands. You will plan content, create engaging posts and short-form videos, and drive inquiries through social media in a bilingual capacity.

You will coordinate content across Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and Facebook, edit visuals using Canva/Photoshop/CapCut, and monitor performance to optimize reach and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is preferred.
• Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar tools.
• Able to write engaging content in Chinese and English.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage the online presence of our Interior Design and Property Management businesses. Your main goal is to build our brands, create engaging content, generate enquiries and attract potential customers through social media.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create content for our Interior Design & Property Management businesses
• Create attractive posts, captions, reels and short-form videos
• Develop content ideas that can increase brand awareness, engagement and customer enquiries
• Manage the company's social media content calendar and posting schedule
• Understand current social media trends and adapt them to our businesses
• Take or coordinate photos/videos of renovation projects and properties for content
• Write engaging content in Chinese and English
• Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads / Meta Ads
• Monitor content performance and provide ideas to improve reach, engagement and lead generation

About you

• Able to communicate and write in Chinese and English
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu, Instagram and Facebook
• Experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing is preferred
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Ps, CapCut or similar tools)
• Creative and able to independently generate content ideas
• Good understanding of social media trends
• Experience in Interior Design, Renovation, Property or Real Estate marketing is an advantage
• Knowledge of Meta Ads is an advantage
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the company's social media growth
