Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
• At least two years’ experience as a Marketing Manager.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Stay updated on the latest Digital Marketing Trends.
• Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing and monitoring SEO campaigns.
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Coordinate the activities of all digital campaigns.
• Supervising content marketing campaigns.
• Set goals and analyse the performance of all the digital marketing channels.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• i. Social media graphics for all profiles: Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, Instagram, etc.

• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends
• Managing the other members of the digital marketing team
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
