Over a 3-month programme, you will rotate between Content Creation & Videography and Graphic Design & Digital Content, supporting real marketing projects and gaining exposure to the full creative production process.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design or related field.
• Interest in photography, videography, video editing and creative design.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site filming of pest control and hygiene service operations.
• Plan, shoot and edit Reels, TikTok videos and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create office-based content, including trending and Malay-language videos.
• Assist with social media content calendars and publishing posts.
• Design social media graphics, promotional posters and advertising creatives.
• Develop sales decks, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Create website visuals, banners and supporting digital content.
• Support company branding projects, marketing campaigns and events.

About the role

Join LBS Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. as a Digital Marketing Intern at our Melaka (Taman Cheng) office. This is a hands‑on, creative internship that goes beyond desk work, with opportunities to participate in real service‑site filming and produce marketing content used by the business.

Job Summary

Over the 3‑month internship programme, the intern will rotate between two focus areas: Content Creation & Videography, and Graphic Design & Digital Content. You will support real marketing projects, build practical skills and gain exposure to the full creative production process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Videography

• Participate in on‑site filming of pest control and hygiene service operations.
• Plan, shoot and edit Reels, TikTok videos and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Create office‑based content, including trending and Malay‑language videos.
• Assist with social media content calendars and publishing posts.

2. Graphic Design & Digital Content

• Design social media graphics, promotional posters and advertising creatives.
• Develop sales decks, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Create website visuals, banners and supporting digital content.
• Support company branding projects, marketing campaigns and events

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design or a related field.

Interest in photography, videography, video editing and creative design.

Active on social media and interested in current content trends.

Comfortable with occasional on‑site filming and company activities.

Creative, proactive and willing to learn. No extensive work experience required.

Additional Advantages

Basic familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools.

Ability to produce engaging Bahasa Malaysia social media content.

Any personal, university or portfolio projects involving video or design.
