BizAdvisor Digital Sdn Bhd is a one-stop digital business consultancy and accounting firm helping businesses Secure, Streamline and Scale. We are looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Marketing Intern to join our growing team.

You will work across content creation, social media, digital marketing and business development, gaining hands-on experience with AI-powered business solutions and SME-focused campaigns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant diploma or degree in marketing or communications.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation and business growth.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with Canva, PowerPoint and social media platforms.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create educational content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others.
• Develop content on finance, accounting, AI and SME topics.
• Create graphics, carousels and short videos using Canva.
• Assist with short-form video content.
• Maintain the content calendar.
• Support website updates, basic SEO, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and track campaign performance.
• Assist with lead-generation activities and materials.
• Collaborate with Founder/Management to drive marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

Content & Social Media

• Assist in planning and creating educational content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content around finance, accounting, business growth, AI, fundraising and SME-related topics.
• Create simple graphics, carousels, short videos and other social media content using Canva or similar tools.
• Assist with short-form video/Reels/TikTok content.
• Repurpose existing business knowledge, presentations and articles into social media content.
• Maintain and update the company's content calendar.

Digital Marketing

• Assist with website content updates and basic SEO activities.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
• Monitor social media and campaign performance.
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, enquiries and leads.
• Prepare simple weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.

Business Development Support

• Assist in identifying potential leads and target customer segments.
• Conduct basic prospect and market research.
• Support lead-generation activities and campaigns.
• Assist with preparation of marketing materials, company profiles and presentations.
• Support webinars, networking events and business activities where required.

General

• Work closely with the Founder/Management Team to execute marketing initiatives.
• Bring new ideas and trends to improve BizAdvisor's online presence.
• Assist with other marketing and growth projects as required.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing aDiploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Communications, Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest indigital marketing, content creation and business growth.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable usingCanva, PowerPoint and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital content.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge ofAI toolsis an advantage.
• Video editing skills are an advantage.
