Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and produce engaging multimedia content for campaigns and branding. You will plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos and social media content, ensuring it aligns with the company’s branding and strategy.

You will design digital materials, manage social platforms, run campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), update the website, monitor results, and deliver monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in design and editing software.
• Experience in managing websites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging multimedia content for campaigns and branding.
• Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, corporate videos, and social media content.
• Design digital marketing materials including posters, banners, and advertisements.
• Manage and grow company social media platforms (content planning, posting, engagement & monitoring).
• Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Manage and update company website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly digital marketing reports.
• Ensure content aligns with branding and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Handle ad hoc tasks that being assigned.
• Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
