Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in marketing, communications or related role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms or customer relationship management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies and campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email and traditional media.
• Creating engaging marketing content including copy, graphics, videos and other multimedia assets.
• Managing social media accounts, posting regularly and engaging with followers to build community and brand loyalty.
• Collaborating with sales, product and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
• Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
