About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing and communications team at Destina 1 International Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Pusat Bandar Puchong, Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in developing and executing engaging digital content strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. As a Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, crafting compelling narratives and visual content across multiple platforms that resonate with our target audiences and support our broader marketing objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Conceptualise, create and produce high-quality digital content across various formats including written copy, videos, infographics, social media posts, blogs and multimedia assets
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, brand guidelines and business objectives
• Research trending topics, keywords and audience interests to inform content strategy and ensure relevance and discoverability
• Optimise content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to maximise reach, engagement and conversion rates
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful content delivery
• Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Adapt and repurpose content across different digital channels to maximise efficiency and audience reach
• Manage social media accounts, including posting, community engagement and responding to audience feedback
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices in digital marketing and content creation
• Support the development of content briefs and work with stakeholders to gather information and requirements

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management or a related field, ideally 2+ years in a professional capacity
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms
• Proficiency in video production, editing and multimedia content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar software
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research and content optimisation techniques
• Experience with social media platforms and familiarity with platform-specific content requirements and best practices
• Excellent visual design sense with the ability to create or contribute to visually appealing content
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs and optimise content based on performance metrics
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Creative thinking and ability to generate original, engaging ideas that align with brand voice and marketing objectives
• Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing platforms is advantageous
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or a related field is preferred but not essential if you have relevant experience
