About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Ara Damansara, Selangor. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our brand management and digital marketing initiatives. You will work alongside experienced marketing professionals to develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and display advertising
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
• Support the management of social media accounts, including posting, community engagement, and responding to inquiries
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand positioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with broader brand strategies
• Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
• Support the coordination of digital marketing events, promotions, and product launches
• Help maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management systems
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
• Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing copy
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, or marketing automation software
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for design and visual content
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic graphic design tools is advantageous
• Experience in brand management or previous marketing internships is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and take direction from senior marketing professionals
