Job summary

Qassehku Bridal is seeking a Social Media Manager to manage and maintain its social media platforms, plan, create and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and produce short-form videos, photos, Reels and promotional content.

You will assist in planning monthly content calendars and campaigns, host TikTok and Facebook LIVE sessions to promote bridal packages, respond to comments and enquiries to generate leads, monitor performance with basic insights, and keep the website

• Produce short-form videos, photos, Reels and promotional content
• Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars and campaigns
• Host TikTok / Facebook LIVE sessions to promote bridal packages, products and services
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and enquiries, and help generate leads
• Monitor social media performance and provide basic reports/insights
• Maintain and update the Qassehku Bridal website, including promotions, packages, images and information
• Ensure website content is accurate, updated and visually appealing
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotions and events
• Work closely with the sales and bridal team to create content that drives enquiries and bookings
• Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats and digital marketing techniques
