Job summary

Saxon Renewables is a climate solutions partner in Asia. We are seeking a Digital Growth & AI Marketing Executive in Malaysia to help design and operate AI-powered marketing workflows, supporting research, content repurposing, campaign monitoring, and reporting to improve daily marketing execution.

The role emphasizes marketing-first thinking, not engineering, and will contribute to lead generation through Google Ads, landing pages and emails while scaling content and ensuring brand governance

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of digital marketing, growth marketing, or AI-enabled marketing projects.
• Experience with Google Ads management and campaign optimization.
• Ability to document requirements and translate challenges into practical AI use cases.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• AI Marketing Workflow System: develop and improve AI-powered workflows for research, content repurposing, campaign monitoring, reporting and ideation.
• Lead Generation & Demand Capture: support AI-enabled workflows for Google Ads, landing pages, EDMs, and site inquiries.
• Saxon Media House - Content Scaling: build repeatable workflows to repurpose long-form content into formats like carousels, emails, articles, and video scripts.
• Pilot Support: test new AI workflows, dashboards, agents and tools; review output quality and business relevance.
• AI Workflow Adoption & Team Enablement: prepare prompts, templates, guides and SOPs for consistent use.
• Quality Control & Brand Governance: review outputs for accuracy, tone, brand fit and commercial usefulness.
• General Digital Marketing Support: assist marketing needs as required.

Digital Marketing Executive - Growth & AI

Saxon Renewables is a climate solutions partner supporting organisations across Asia in achieving credible decarbonisation outcomes.

We work with corporates to reduce their carbon footprint and meet renewable energy targets through Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), onsite and offsite Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs/VPPAs), carbon credits, and broader decarbonisation strategies.

We are looking for a Digital Growth & AI Marketing Executive who can support and help build the next layer of marketing infrastructure.

This is a marketing-first role. You do not need to be an AI engineer. The role is suitable for someone with marketing sense, curiosity, and the ability to use AI tools to improve real marketing execution across research, campaign management, content scaling, lead generation, and reporting.

You will support, test, and improve AI-assisted workflows across Digital Growth & Branding, with the opportunity to build stronger ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities

AI Marketing Workflow System

Support the development and improvement of AI-powered workflows that help daily marketing operations, including research, content repurposing, campaign monitoring, reporting, and ideation.

Lead Generation & Demand Capture

Support AI-assisted workflows for lead generation channels such as Google Ads, landing pages, EDM, website enquiries, campaign tracking, and lead quality visibility.

Saxon Media House - Content Scaling

Help build repeatable workflows to repurpose approved long-form content into multiple formats, including carousels, email marketing, articles, short-form content, and video scripts.

Proof of Concept & Pilot Support

Assist in testing new AI workflows, dashboards, agents, and marketing tools before scaling. Review output quality, usefulness, and business relevance.

AI Workflow Adoption & Team Enablement

Prepare prompts, templates, guides, and simple SOPs that help the team use AI workflows and marketing systems more consistently.

Quality Control & Brand Governance

Review AI-assisted marketing outputs for accuracy, relevance, tone, brand fit, claim strength, and commercial usefulness before final review.

General Digital Marketing Support

Support marketing needs when necessary.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, marketing operations, content operations, campaign execution, or AI-enabled marketing projects.

Marketing Judgement: Able to understand marketing workflows, identify pain points, document requirements, and translate marketing challenges into practical AI use cases.

Google Ads: Hands-on experience with Google Ads management, including campaign structure, keyword review, landing page alignment, conversion tracking, and lead quality assessment.

AI-Assisted Development ("Vibe Coding"): Familiarity or strong interest to learn generative AI tools or low-code/no-code platforms to prototype workflows, dashboards, build, and deploy enterprise solutions.

Problem Solving: Able to identify manual or repetitive marketing work and suggest clearer workflows, prompts, dashboards, or automation.

Industry Exposure: Exposure to B2B sustainability, renewable energy, or climate solutions is an advantage.
