Job summary

TRANSCOSMOS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is hiring a Call Centre Agent for Digital Banking support across Singapore market.

The role involves handling inquiries via calls, live chat, and email, resolving issues and guiding customers through digital banking services. The position requires a minimum diploma, 1 year of customer service experience in financial services, and strong English communication with Mandarin as a bonus.

Qualifications

Educational background: Diploma in any field; SPM holders with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service in a contact centre; 1 year in financial services (trading/banking/fintech) preferred.
Communication: Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Customer-oriented: Empathetic, patient and responsive to customer needs.
Multitasking: Able to manage multiple requests and follow-ups efficiently.
Problem solving: Able to identify issues and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact across calls, live chat, and email.
Assist customers with login issues, transfers, payments, accounts, and fraud cases.
Provide timely solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
Meet individual and team KPIs for service levels and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex cases to relevant teams and maintain accurate records.
