- Lead digital transformation across the bank's digital ecosystem.
- Deliver seamless, customer-centric digital experiences.
- Drive platform enhancements and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to boost operational efficiency.
- Improve customer satisfaction through analytics of journeys and adoption metrics.
- Manage multiple projects with stakeholders from Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance and external vendors.
