Hong Leong Bank is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager for Digital & AI Initiatives to plan, coordinate, and drive digital and AI projects within Corporate Banking. The role translates business needs into functional specs and supports requirements gathering, solution evaluation, implementation, and user adoption.

You will collaborate with business units, regional tech teams, risk/compliance, and external vendors to deliver actionable outcomes and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis capabilities are required to translate business needs into actionable specs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and vendors is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Capture, structure, and refine digital and AI functional requirements across Banking.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specs, user stories, and task breakdowns.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, risk, compliance and vendors.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
• Research digitalization trends and AI applications to suggest platform improvements.
