Astro Malaysia is seeking an organized professional to own end-to-end digital advertising booking, monitoring, and billing workflows. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and Campaign Management to ensure accurate revenue tracking and timely reconciliation.

The role requires 1–2 years in advertising operations or related finance support, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Opportunity for process improvements and system enhancements is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Communications or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in advertising operations, order processing, billing, finance operations or admin support.
• Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables and data reconciliation.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Meticulous and process-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Campaign Booking, Monitoring & Billing: Process and validate digital bookings in ARP, SAP and other systems; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Stakeholder & Request Management: Serve as primary operational contact for booking and billing inquiries; coordinate across teams.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Support new product setup, rate card updates and system configuration; participate in UAT and SOP updates.
